The issue is not what happened inside the tent but outside. Fateh entered first, Jasmeen followed then Fateh peeping tom act and Jasmeen's exit. Then, again they were spotted by Tejo having some deep conversation. Tejo already has the seed of doubt rolling inside her brain and now it will start growing into tree. She has seen them multiple times together after FaTejo's breakup.

Considering all that has happened, the way it is happening, it is not surprising AT ALL that she's doubting them. I just hope she brings her wrath down on both chammo and fateh...
