Writers sometimes exaggerate.... And for the sake of the track the start showing things which are not sensible....
In fact even Anand used to calm harsh and used to make Discussions like he did during Shaadi track that He should think before taking a huge step like shaadi don’t think only about Manjari..... once he also said to Harsh Abhi is the successor of Birla khandan only he will take further our Birla hospital thats why he immensely loves Abhi....

And one more thing Abhi never looked down or insulted Parth Anisha just because he is successful he always treat them like his real siblings and also helps Nishta in her projects.... He is always supporting towards Mahima Anand childrens....
