She did. After all the silent (almost) love confession from her husband, the girl asked for permission to hug. This shows how much her ego was bruised by people (men) all her life; she buried her good luck in a grave. Ram knows that he needs to dig it out and nurture it back to health.

The Dhanush in our story is the 'No-love condition' because of their respective pasts. So, I said that Ram has to break two things to move forward with Pri:

1. The Gordian knot - this he broke in the office confrontation with Vedika: his declaration earlier that he will always love her. The illusion broke with the vase with lilies.

2. Dhanush - he broke today with his "Ram aur Priya ki Kahani" saying "Kuch toh hai between them." It was sealed with the lightning / thunderstorm.

The best thing was Priya directly knowing it through Ram what this marriage means to him, how desperate he is to make it work. How he respects her and cares for her.

i think this was the first episode till now where I felt his actions really spoke more than his words.

till now when Sara/Bri told Priya how Ram cared for her or that he had feelings for her… she always doubted them.

So yes the Dhanush was broken partially with the kiss and completely tester with how beautifully he said let this be our story from here on… and there is some thing between us ohh I still can’t come over the dialogue

Yes, their journey started today. I am not adding anything to Dhanush today because you know why!

I have watched that 1-minute scene [Ram aur Priya ki kahani] whenever would get time today.

I felt Pri couldn't even believe her mind, body, and soul what she was listening to in their bedroom. You know when you have that unexpected fortune or windfall, the first reaction is always disbelief.

the fear she has to trust her luck and the incessant fear that her destiny will always deceive her… I know someone very close in real life who always says this and it has been true with the person… after so many struggles she found love… and then he just passed away but she says the 8 years of her life that she spent with him were gold…

this is why Priya touches a chord with me… can sense and understand the fear she has of losing everything.

Now she knows…she has fallen for him and if he leaves her… or if they are not together for any reason… she won’t be able to stand up 🥺

When I see all this and think about the level of pain that she has endured for so many years, I want to cry, but I hold on, because Priya would not like it, she is an example of great spiritual strength.

Their connection with Ram is so great that not only he, but she does not understand the extent of this love to the end. Without completing the hug, Ram made it clear that if she dared to dive into this feeling (equal to his arms), he would never let go. He is ready to wait and help Priya get out of this grave, into the light, to him. There was so many opportunities for our mumbling hero to break the dhanush, recently I wanted him to do it when Pri reminded about it after the interview, and then at the motel scene. Anyways better late than never! 😂

About Pri’s oath, I have mixed thoughts, all such promises are stupid and will certainly backfire, as our mythology taught us, but it was made at an emotionally vulnerable moment. I have a strong feeling that the impact of the oath itself is going to be minimal, as Nandu isn’t going to achieve her target, but the side effects of leasing to a situation where Nandu can take advantage of the oath, that might be lethal.

With her, Ram realized that sometimes you just need to act and nothing else, and Priya and Ram realized that sometimes you need to accept what you get, even if it is so beautiful that it scares you to death
