Akshu knows the truth and both sisters played running and chasing game yesterday. Abhi calls them and ak thinks he knows the truth but turns out abhi had called all the goenka's and birla's suprise akshu by gifting her a department.
Now now abhi and akshu can be so different in all things but these two are best and same at one thing that is do the deed and make the family irked.
Goenka's are understanding and they understood their kid behavior but birla's see the all time happy tauji took his legs back when ak came to seek blessing. Mahima is like a volcano going to explode. Harsh for now is happy as his son is happy.
Abhi beta if you want to gift ak your family property you better consult all because smoke is running threw everyone eyes, ears and nose. Though the only one happy here is manju maa why won't she be after all what she did today none of the birla elders can do.
RAJA MATA's flag flew in birla hospital too because of akshu through abhi.

Tauji and harsh talk about the sisters and tauji is determined to question abhi for his actions. Harsh saying ever since goenka's came they took permanent place in this hospital tauji telling him not to say loud as or abhi might open a special ward for goenka's is the funny moment of the day. Though tauji is raised along with this.
Maybe soon we will have a special goenka ward. After 160 Or so episode Birla's realised they are Goenka's health care specialist.
Abhi questions ak why did she panic was at troubling her over sirat maa while abhi gets a call from PI ak gets tensed and abhi tells her he is inquiring manjari maa accident.
FORESHADOWS FROM LAST TWO EPISODES
In yesterday episode, two cars of Ak and Ar are shown parallel going ahead towards birlas as Ak is determined to tell truth.... Might be two cars for the accident of Manjari at a time.
Yesterday Ak held Ar hand towards hospital room again . Ar stopped in middle and Ak went ahead near the room. Ar stopped due to her fainting shown today and was not ready to tell truth taking both Ak personal and Ar professional life into account. Ar dialogues are shown too.
Ak went back and pulled Ar along with her again. So Ak will hold Ar and travel in this as Ar is not ready to Tell truth.
Ak opened the room with Ar and it's totally dark as they both don't know the real Truth and are in darkness.
Abhi gave lights in room and showed whole family is there. So he will bring light showing the real truth to all.
Kv saying Ak is lucky to have Abhi in personal and professional life is foreshadowed that he will take care of Ak everywhere.
Tauji and mahima refused to bless Ak is foreshadowed they don't accept Ak next.
Harsh gave blessings to Ak smiling though he is against Ak he is happy for his son.
Shefali raised her insecurity infront of Parth so no positive relation from shefali to ak.
Tauji, mahima and Harsh are not happy as Abhi is taking his own decisions and giving importance to Ak. Neil and Manjari listened and kept quiet.
Ak singing O Kanha song is symbolic she is going to chose Abhi against Her family. This song was played when needed to raise Ak for Abhi.
Ar warned Ak not to hurt Abhi by telling truth as he loves her more. But Ak is strong on her telling truth.
Abhi is happily chatting with goenkas and taking their blessings showing Goenkas will be holding Abhi with love..
Ak in singing and going backwards thinking I need to say truth got entangled in a wire and it went in a web of wires around her. She didn't see it but Ar saw her involved and threw a tissue box on Abhi and showed Ak in wires. In the process of truth Ak will be struck or trapped in a web and Ar helps in saving Ak by giving hints to Abhi in right time before Ak is going to fall down. Abhi held her in his arms.. So he will save her.
Abhi saying mother is not well and if something happens to her he can't handle their pain. So sone danger looming on Ak next.
Ar is scared abhi is mad in love with Ak he will excuse her but not Ar.
Ak said herself she doesn't deserve abhis love. Ak is in guilt mode to hide truth from Him.
Ar fainted in stress and Ak had panic attack..

All Genkas and Birlas on Ar side and Abhira with Neil and Manjari on one side.
Neil saying both sisters have deep connection or have same stress .
Abhira on one side is foreshadowed they will be left alone in the end and if KV comes as help Ak sends him Away to Ar.
What if Ar medicines and depression is out and Ar gets sympathy by all families and Abhira are on one side again as cheating Ar in Nick of time.
It's only Abhi who takes care of Ak and none will be there with them.
Conch blown in backend when Manjari is praying ganesha and Neil too is with her. Some truth might be connecting those two.

Tauji and Harsh convo regarding Ar fatigue and Ak stress. At last tauji joined Harsh to taunt Goenkas. Harsh said Goenkas are making a tent in Birlas hospital from the day Abhi met these girls. Tauji is angry on Abhi for not consulting elders in taking decisions. Harsh is smiling 😎.
Kv ,Abhi, akshu covo is clear that only Abhi can understand Ak not anyone from her family anytime.
Goenkas are away standing and mahima is shown involved in this. Something from Mahima is connected.
The accident footage of manjari seen by Abhi is blurred. But the accident is straight hit. When they showed Ak Ar accident, their car steering is turned by Ak and it hit bridge and aside.
PRECAP
Ak said truth closing her eyes. So she told truth but she hasn't seen whom she told. Ak is blind to whom she said and thinks she disclosed to Abhi.
It might be mahima Or abhi or Neil or manjari Or any outsider in hospital who may take advantage next to blackmail Ak.
Prediction as per me is it may go this way next like shown...
THELA ACCIDENT DURING PUJA
There is a thela accident by Ak during card puja and Ak didn't hit anyone but the roadside goons demanded money from her. She told then meri family ka naam math lena.. Abhi came at same time and Ak ran with to save him. In this they hid themselves under a wall and Ak asked him to save her lehenga too which is her honour. They reached mandir with a sheet covering the water leakage. So next week these hints might be connected and leakage of pipe is another truth to save.
ACCIDENT FIASCO
The total accident and truth fiasco is going on like season2 till now. There truth blurted on haldi. Now it's done in half way of marriage preparations the next will be connected and after marriage truth may come out in different way. It's clear that Abhi and Ak are holding two peacock feathers in hand and not blown yet. Two different truths come as output in end.
