I think makers are creating a parallel to Aarohi cutting herself with her fainting. Last time, Akshu remained silent due to her health, but I think this time she will speak up regardless. That is the only way to show character growth & development.

Also, Abhi has seen her having a panic attack & Aarohi fainting at the same time, so he will know something is deeply wrong/push her to speak up. Obviously this is going to drag for a few episodes, but I still think we are getting some sort of resolution before the sangeet, or else there is no way that Akshu enjoys any of this wedding!
