If Priya told the police when they came to question, they could have arrested and questioned him, because

1) he already confessed to harm Ram once before

2) Pri is not just the witness, but also the victim

3) They could have searched for the truck he drove and found the mobile Pri seen him talking and could have traced the call to find whom he talked to.

She does have an iPhone and I know for sure she has not changed the default settings, in which case, the video should be automatically backed up to iCloud. That will be enough to at least put MS behind bars!

If I was writing the story, it would be done and dusted in 50 episodes!!! That's why I have a different profession 🤣

1) Weren’t there evidence of Raj giving prawn to mix with noddles and MS confessed to being the instigator in the presence of police.
2) In most criminal cases, the verbal eye witness statement is used to get conviction, and in high profile cases the eye witness turns hostile hence they get acquitted, there are countless examples of it, Evidence includes eye witness statements,

Shashi seems to be too dumb for getting rid of evidence as he was keep using MS for his kaands.

I am not saying MS would have been convicted or wouldn’t get bail, but Police could have arrested him and enquired him and investigated the others thing (truck, phone call) based on Priya’s statement, there is enough scope in law for that,
