In AMEK Sana Javed and Asad Siddiqui play twins, her name is Dua and his name is Dayyan. I guess their parents wanted Islamic names which sound similer, this is why they came up with that name. I didn't come across a character named: Dayyan or Mustajab in Pakistani dramas before.
