The lady is Vandana Sajnani and married to Rajesh Khattar who was married to Neelima Azim (Shahid Kapoors mother) once.

exactly. Neelima and Rajesh even have a son Ishaan. I was surprised for last few months as I saw Vandana with Rajesh in almost all the parties and shows together. I think they were also doing some show so I thought maybe they are just colleagues..
