Could Charu's boss possibly be Rawat? Loke he hated Param and hates Karan. He could have kept Param alive for some information that Param isn't giving him kind of thing?

I thought so but I don't wanna see Rawat like that, he's still an officer (even if he's an assh*le) no matter the personal differences.

The boss should be a different person (actor to alag dikhaya hi hai) otherwise it won't make sense.
