Anupama's lecture about bride's side of the family going broke might have some truth. However, it is not at all applicable for her situation, not a single word in applies to her/ current situation.

Also, what's with bapuji saying it was his armaan? Anupama is his ex-bahu. Ye armaan/sapna kabse paal rahe the?

If I recall correctly, he was scrambling for money to buy gifts for Anupama's birthday recently.

Awesome review, Pri! I liked the episode because I focused on the level of understanding MaAn have, especially the way Anu pestered Anuj to share about his wishes and understood that he is becoming non-existent in their relationship. ❤️ Keeping logic aside I focused on their feelings 💕

I guess the conversation was more about doing lavish, high profile wedding as Anuj was saying in the beginning VS doing simpler wedding as Anu agreed. Then both came to the middle ground of doing middle-class dhoom dham se wedding - basically doing everything they can within their budget, and I liked that.

Suti saree reference was just to talk about the simpler wedding at court or mandir, so sach mein suti saree nahi pehenegi 😆 the way they described middle-class wedding sounds more of a lower middle class which contradict with the way they had their other celebrations. But I thought it was more of a shaayari about middle-class wedding that the makers used to try to put across a point - ab sach mein puri raat matar thodi chilenge shaadi mein 🤣 aur agar puraane kapde pehenne hai toh Devika toh designer kyun banaadia 🤣 So I didn’t think that MaAn gave details about their shaadi planning - they just described a middle class wedding in a weird way 😆 Anyways Mukku kuch karegi I think let’s see what happens … I agree that it’s weirdly unrealistic that Anuj doesn’t have savings 😳

Frankly speaking I have no problem with this marriage a low key affair. My problem is they are failed miserably to convey social message. Mtlb kya jari saree ek taraf leke bethi 50 60 yole sona and speaking of this 5 or 6. Atleast do match with words na🙄

There is one thing which I like in today's episode is the consideration of your partner's choicesand wishes. Those dialogues I like alot.

About AK wishes for lavish party to ek dam simple and not having money realisation. I have different take. He already said marrying to Anu is his only dream, he is excited and want best and he will definitely took loan for it too. He want best for his wedding, those are the desires and perks of first marriage. What he said to Anu is after thinking the financial situation of Anu's end too and she talked about it too. He adjust his desires under current situations but having everything.

Plus Ak gave everything to Mukku and Anu's dance academy is not earning this much and baki ka to ye dikhate sab kuch itna grand h clothes jewellery sab kuch and bolte aise h.

I fed up with this kind of writing. Why they always do blunders in important tracks 🙄🙄😡😡😡
