Those saans and all dialogues are like written or said just for name sake. Fine she was reminded that he too has wishes and dreams but in maan convo it was clear that he killed his wishes for her. But it didn't have any effect on her.

I knew if I will watch the scene I will end up crying, but she is okay with him sacrificing, his wishes matter the least to her. Just words aren't enough that share ur wishes, don't be so great but where is the implementation?

They should have made her know about one of his wishes and get it fulfilled.. Maybe then suti vexatious dialogues wouldn't have been this much annoying.

the whole scene of puraana, auto etc could've been worded better and probably then the scene would've been totally different and appreciated. She could've also incorporated some elements from his grand armaan ki theek hai aise nahi toh vaise sahi but well. The writing has killed the entire essence of a rather beautiful beautiful convo. Just my opinion though.

True yaar , my own parents had a “ simple” wedding because my dad was against many ritualistic practices at weddings and didn’t want anyone else to pay for his wedding expenses . Personally I would have liked to see a temple wedding in Radha Krishna temple where they had that conversation ( as Smitha has suggested in her dabble ) and then maybe show a party where they can have all naach gaana. Would have been most consistent with their character arcs , even in original Bengali version it’s like a simple wedding only . But inko TRPs bhi chahiye , Hero ko khush bhi rakhna hai , but paise nahi Kharch karne so they are shoving this poor excuse of “ middle class “ wedding down our throats . Msg totally lost in translation!!!

Writing has been really lousy lately , just pathetic .

Every message they TRY to impart gets lost or is executed in the lamest manner OR has the presence of their friend which ruins it further.

Why just why can it not be shown properly? Just one message toh dhang ka dikhaao yaar! Like I think unko gaaliyaan sunne ki itni aadat hogayi hai ki bas har episode mein kuch na kuch bakwaas ghusa dete hai. pehle toh 2-3 episodes tak wait karte the, abhi toh same episode mein hi flip karte hai.

there is a disconnect for sure - but i'm unable to say what it is. Makers forgetting her charac or sloppy writing can't tell!

One thing I don't understand though.... Where did Anuj think the money for a grand wedding was going to come from? Agar uske paas nahi tha, toh was he really thinking he'll go into debt to pay for his wedding? Or was he thinking that anu's family will pay for it? Either ways damn stupid.

If he does have the money, instead of being all self sacrificing, he could've said I have the money, let's have a big bash. Simple. Anu's situation is obvious. She isn't capable of spending on a big wedding. And while Devika said she might not want a grand function because it's a second wedding, anu hasn't said so (yet) Infact she indicated the opposite at the mahasangam.

Unbelievably dumb writing! There are loopholes within loopholes! These guys are creating compound loopholes 🤣

The recycled suit, saree, auto me baraat is pure dkp.

Wasn't he telling to Devika that he doesn't want to miss out anything and wants best of everything and now he will be wearing dry cleaned suit. It's 99% dialogues which irked me and 1% the thought of him sacrificing because In scene with devika he thanked kanha ji for contract so that he has some money and can spend. If devika hadn't said about dadi ki shadi he would have weaved dreams of Sherwani, venue, ghodi etc.

Either there should not have been that what else should I plan or If I take a loan I will keep paying it all my life should have been avoided. Anuj is someone who will not think of spending and having grand wedding if he knows he doesn't have money. Instead he should have said I will be paying for best decoration and clothes.
