The kitchen scene is lovely. Their cute gestures, teasing and shy smiles gave peace to my heart. How I missed them. I found a bit of Anuj's desire in one look. Such small small nuances and minut details are heart warming. Anuj doddle bride on khakra is so cute.❤️❤️

Chalo atleast Gk showed his objection and consequences to get married in shah house. For now I am satisfied atleast Makers have this in mind.

The shagun ceremony, I don't know I so touched with these 2 expressions. Such mixed emotions these 2 show of their happiness, believing and sadness about each other they face for 26 years. They are on point. 👌👌 Anuj's gazing Anu during tilak to believe his fate. I am so overwhelmed.

All in all this is called a family.

But one thing that I found little bit odd when GK kaka said, "mukku became very happy when she came to know about proposal through social media".

When mukku is only family to Anuj and she always wishes best for him. She loves him most and is alone. Should not he call her to share his feelings, joy, ???

When she was with him, ' ek hazaron mei meri behna hai bajta tha.. Now anupamaaaaa.... Meri jaan every time.

See Anupama, how hard is she trying to please baa, Tosha who gives damn care to her. She does not take a single step without family.

Now anuj has got his love so no other relation matters. Anu,s family is his family but mukku..

If today makers present that dialog in a diff way, like GK could have said, jab Anuj ne mukku ko phone par bataya ya baat ki. There would be huge diff and Anuj ke like respect aur bhi bad jati.

You are not thinking more yaar. The video went viral on the same time, the dialogue can have both the things. What makers miss along with this is Anuj too called her and she was very happy

Priyanka your post was amazing! Although I wish I could say the same about the episode. The episode was, no doubt, much better than all the other episodes this week. But the Gujarati in me is disheartened with the way they handled the very first wedding ceremony. I get their preference for "simplistic" ceremony but this was too far fetched. Starting with everyones outfits, especially to be bride and groom's. My husband had worn a three piece suit for this ceremony. The unplanned way in which it was conducted yaar Anuj and Anupama deserved better. More importantly, the chandlo/tilak is first applied by the bride's father and then by the bride's brother, nephew, cousins and other male members. Brother is as important a part of this ritual as the father. Even if Anupama's mother is in vaishnodevi what about Bhavesh and Nihal? I hope they are present for the other ceremonies. Sorry for the rant! I did like the fact that GK kaka clearly told bapuji with our mincing any words why he would not want the wedding to take place in shah house. Now I hope bapuji agrees. If not for anyone else then for Anupamas sake. The kind of trauma which she went through right after her wedding (25th anniversary) which had taken place in the same house should be the first reason. Toxic shahs toh hai hi. I enjoyed the MaAn kitchen scene and Devika Anuj's banter. Anuj's gesture with the fingers on his lips made me think of Teri Bindiya re song from Abhimaan, where Amitabh ji places a finger on his lips to ask Jayaji for a kiss! Anuj us hi disha me ja raha hai, finally! His eyes were on her pout while she was brewing the tea! Again I was pissed seeing the khakhra and bread jam! Simplicity dikhane ke liye kya, kya karenge! Nobody was taking photographs while the ritual was taking place!? Anuj and Anupama's smiles were so sweet! Their dreams are finally turning to reality! I hope Mukku is present for all the other rituals. Kavya is the best person to roast Vanar! Hero se zero kya minus me janewala hai bohot jald! Can't end the post without mentioning Kinjal ka chamatkari baby bump! Miracles do happen and sometimes overnight!
