Ankit already hinted 2 things :

1) Makers are scared that if FT unite then they won't get TRP. So make them believe that FT getting together would bring in/keep TRPs.

With the sizes of their ego, the falling TRPs may have made them reaffirm this bullcrap theory not the fact that they royally messed up FT progression due to J overdose.

2) Big surprise.

I hope they didn't surprise Ankit only by changing track midway from wedding to pregnancy 😆 or he knew all along that this was coming up so told fans to assure makers that FT together would bring TRP.
