True that. I went to India in June couple years back. First 10 days I was like — yeh garmi khatam kahe nahi hoti be. 😭 For the most part I stayed in AC. Then my brother dragged me out saying that you grew up here. Band kar yeh NRI ke nakhre. 😆

So, I got used to it. Fir toh 3 months kya maje kare hai. Best time ever!! The first and only break I got since I left India.

I visited this month. We are at friend’s place and they have sun room/ balcony kinda space. And right behind that they have a small community lake. I was about to open it and she went like — wait, let my husband check first.
I was like - check what?

She — if there is any gator or not.
I was like woahhh. why in the world would you move here from NJ.

I guess he's playing himself in 'Everybody loves Raymond' and somehow that works?

I don't find that show funny, don't get how it's so popular... Everybody's acting looks so staged esp Patricia Heaton... She has only one expression in that show although she was better in 'The Middle'
