Yes, it looks like that. They only shot that part of the promo b/c the Kapoor accident shots are taken from the old episodes. I don't know about the police though.

So many potential plot lines, lekin sirf love-triangle aur misunderstandings hi dikhaate rehte hain.

Yes, I can answer. The fact is Ram is in senses but Pri is not. So, Ram knows the reality is once Pri wakes up the next morning she will come back to her senses and remember everything Maitrayee told and Pri may not remember anything that happened in the bakery.

I completely agree with what you said, Ram does not have any feelings for Vedika. The problem is the issue is not resolved Pri would get up and it would resume from the beginning. She would not remember what he said, and it would be very difficult for him to face her then. Also he fears she might leave him when she comes back to her senses. That’s how I interpreted the silence… helpless and wishing what she said would come true… but he knows it will not.

Also regarding telling her that he loves her would again look like a reaction to persuade her and put a lid on his wrongdoings.. especially when she now compares him to her dad. He would want her to see it in his eyes, his actions, win her trust before he can say that…
