Again I agree with everything you had written about Priya (not about Ram, because I don’t think he was living 2 lives even before he realised his feelings). But technically, what Priya says in the precap is NOT true. The Kapoors (at least Ram) knew Priya had an ex, but the ex being a part of Sood family was Nandini’s concern (she did seem like a stepmother who had concern for stepson then ). But Ram stood by Priya and her family then,

That's quite possible actually but Ram needs to know about those messages. Yeh kaisa aadmi hai jisko 5- 6 messages deleted nai dikhte hai? And Priya needs to put forth everything instead of keeping a comparative narrative before Ram because Ram clearly understood that he is wrong and he is ready to apologise . By asking, aapko kaisa lagta agar main Neeraj ko sirf friend bolti, what is she trying to hint at pr what does she actually want? because Ram isn't even doubting her intentions. Kuch ajeeb hai idhar. was difficult to make out if he hugged back, but he did was startled to see Priya and also it does not seem he tried to get himself out of the hug… again I am in wait and watch mode… somehow for me it is out of character for Ram to hug her back… unless she tricked him again by breaking down which means there is zero progression in him… but again I will reserve my opinion until tomorrow

Agar priya thodi bhi der se aati toh she would've witnessed a different scene - Ram would've pushed Vedika away by then.

I don't know if i am the only one but i am enjoying this hug (R V) scene... just move past this and think about what will come next.. out FL is a strong character.. She is not breaking down.
