Its only the women who are known for their beauty like aishwarya or deepika

They have brown skin and proper indian features but you will still se people calling them ugly here because they cant accept indian women can be ethereally beautiful while looking like an indian

I am guilty of loathing Ranveer Singh. I don't mind his flashy clothes or antics as much. But I genuinely feel he needs to grow up and learn to read the room. He's very oblivious when it comes to the boundaries and the personal space of others. But I have liked certain roles of his.

In general, female celebrities do tend to attract more polarizing opinions and scrutiny than their male counterparts. And it's not just India or the Bollywood forum. It is pretty much universal.
