Young heart, sorry, I think that exchange between Ali and I should've remained private, and we've spoken about it separately. I understand that it's frustrating to have to defend her, i felt similarly for a bit, but then, i learnt how to ignore those bits. But also, I realised that I too am frustrated by many things the character does and I guess other people have different ways of expressing that frustration, and it's just best to ignore those comments and move on, without justifying anupama, because eventually, we know that the maan story will come to where we want it, no matter what they say about her.
Ali, one shouldn't have to create an anupama AT, it's a show about her as the protagonist, not the antagonist, the whole forum is supposed to be about her. Many of us enjoy the maan story as part of her life. We want to see her become a happy independant woman, and most of us are rooting for maan.
The combination of Gaurav and Anuj has created magic and we really enjoy him too. You said that people say bad things about Toshu, Vanraj Kavya too, but these are clearly negative characters, anupama isn't, this is her story, where she's the hero, the emotions we have for her character and her story can't be compared to liking kavya or Vanraj. The very fact that you took her name in the same way as these characters makes us think that you think of her similarly, and react to her in a hateful way. And until I made peace with it, it bummed me out enough to not want to come here anymore.
But then, I've come to terms with it because I stopped wanting for others to like her character. Because i realised that no matter how many people aren't convinced by anupama being in love, what I seek from her love story is what's going to happen :) it's going to happen at an incredibly frustrating pace, and the other parts of her story that I want to see might just get buried, but maan is endgame, and that's for sure.

Anyways, I don't try and defend all my own actions in personal life so fictional characters is out of question. When I make fun of situations or characters, its mainly coz I like making fun of everything and everyone including me and mine. So, no one really should take it personally. Afterall we are here to get entertained. As a woman everyone here really wants Anupama to do better in her life and make good decisions to leave behind her toxic life. Our dislike for her pallu is for hygienic reasons, just to be clear 🤣
