IMO Anu was never meek. She has displayed immense courage and strength ever since her decision to divorce Vannu.

She was always strong and bold but being in an abusive marriage and having an oppressive MIL chipped at her confidence every day and made her feel small.

The moment she was betrayed and decided to leave Vanraj was when her real self started coming back. And Anuj has given her wings 😳

She is a fictional character but I am so proud of her. The journey they have portrayed of her finding herself again is revolutionary for ITV. Kudos 👏
