Kahaani is a mystery thriller. Special 26 is a crime thriller.

Both movies were regarded as the best in this genre in last decade. The selling point of both movies was the engaging storyline with a shocking climax.

Which is a better movie?

Kahaani is more engaging with the suspense build up and storyline and powerful actors. Special 26 is good but there's no suspense as such, the audience knows what's happening at all times, Kahaani keeps you on toes till the last minute. When I first watched it, I was really young and went "wait what just happened" as the end is revealed. ❤️

Kahaani is a top-notch thriller. Kahaani and Andadhun are the best thrillers to come out of Bollywood in recent yrears.
