The song Challa from Uri was pretty popular. That song got more views that the entire TKF trailer did.

Vicky and Yami where never bankable stars so we can't call them popular, neither that film helped them in increasing their fan-following nor the movie rested on their shoulders.

Audience came to watch Uri because of the subject, not because of the lead actors performance. The same was the case with Kashmir Files.

I don't remember any catchy song from Uri. Tells how forgettable it is.

More bankable than Anupam/Mithun surely? Lol Uri toh phir bhi had a feel good story, India defeating its enemies etc. TKF was the complete opposite of that and still did phenomenally.

I know they aren’t getting a penny out of this despite how much ever Vivek and his fans fake it. But the fact that so many people are watching a movie which tells their story is a kind of validation in itself which must be giving them some sense of relief for sure.

Of course ...the relief will be there....VA and BJP are going to do GHANTA for the KPs...VA couldn't even bear that a few hundred people should see TKF for free.....they both got what they wanted...but I have more faith in the common people who have been genuinely moved by the pain of KPs......I am sure the NRIs are going to set up some kind of relief funds for the KPs like we did during the Tsunami and Covid times....We are sure a lot of us will donate over there....it has been a long journey for the KPs....I hope they find a way to just settle down and breathe....

I think most of them have settled down in their lives. At least they are much better off than the people who made them run. The people who made them run have made themselves a hell hole. Talk about the irony! Goes to prove how taking up the arms against good people will only lead to self destruction.
