Try vanilla flavour frozen yogurt, it’s more like ice cream and has the same benefits of yogurt. We use that in smoothies

have you ever tried the energy drink red bull. I am wired for days if I drink that. I also can’t have coffee after 4/5pm keeps me awake at night
