And along with the letter, she leaves the ring and kangan behind too. He finishes the surgery and comes into his office to see the letter + reads it... and is entirely shocked. Right as he is about to exit the hospital, the police officers who he sent to find the culprit return and say that they have discovered who it was. Aarohi hears this and gets super scared, so before the cops can continue, she blurts out that it was Akshu and pins the entire thing on her, victimizing herself.

Everyone looks at her in shock + Abhi is trying everything he can to not end her right there, but he does not want another tamasha, especially when Akshu is missing, so he will deal with this later. He tells her to shut the f*** up and let the officers talk. The officers reveal evidence + have discovered that it was another car with the same licence plate + they have arrested the person who did this. Everyone looks super confused and Abhi hands the letter Akshu has written him to Manish, saying that if Aarohi's true colors don't come in front of him after reading this, he wants nothing to do with him or the rest of his family + that he will take Akshu away + forbid her to ever see any of them ever again.

Abhi then runs out of the hospital.

Meanwhile, Manish reads the letter and slaps Aaarohi. Everyone then realizes the entirety of what has happened. She is trying to defend herself, but no one is listening.....

Abhi is searching everywhere for Akshu, and Kairav and Parth and the rest of the siblings (except Neil who is with Manjari) rush out to find Akshu with him...

It starts raining heavily...

Abhi is trying to call Akshu, but her phone is switched off....

He starts having flashbacks to the mehendi accident and now Manjari's accident and almost crashes his scooter...Parth is in a car behind him and forces him to get into the passenger seat because he is not in his senses...

Kairav calls Abhi and says he thinks Akshu might have gone to the mandir where Sirat died...

They all make their way over there...

Abhi gets out of the car first and runs up the stairs of the mandir...

He sees Akshu sitting on the steps in the rain crying... she is apologizing to god and manjari and sirat for giving them so much pain...and she is blasting herself for doing this to abhi...

Abhi hears all of this and loses control over his own emotions too... he cannot see her like this...

Akshu sees him and looks at him confused...

She gets up and starts running down the stairs away from him, but is about to fall when he catches her... he hugs her and both of them burst out crying even harder...

Abhi then entirely blasts her for leaving and asks her how she can do this to him... she thinks he is talking about Manjari's accident, but he is talking about her leaving...

He tells her that the accident was caused by another car + he tells her what Aarohi has done to try to throw her under the bus...

She cannot believe it and is in complete shock + he says that he tried to warn her... she says she needs to talk to Aarohi and she wants to go back to the hospital... she apologizes for leaving + Abhi tells her to never dare do that again... she says that her mothers always get injured and die because of her, and Abhi blasts her again for thinking this way/shakes her out of it...

She sees that his finger is bleeding from the almost accident on the scooter and is about to rip her dress to bandage it, but he stops her and puts sindoor with his blood right then... he says that they are united forever and ever now, and that he won't let any harm come to her...and that Aarohi will no longer be seen anywhere near her...

Right when she is about to respond, he gets a call from Neil that Manjari has woken up and is asking for Abhira...

So, Parth drives them back to the hospital + they rush to Manjari, where the rest of the Birla family members are waiting...

Manjari sees the sindor in Akshu's maang and looks at Abhira smiling...

She says she dreamt of this while they were unconscious...

Both of them burst into tears and fall into her arms, scolding her to never do this again...

Akshu is still so guilty so she apologizes over and over again....

The rest of the Birlas go and hug her too.....

Meanwhile in the hall...

The Goenkas are fuming at Aarohi...

Akshu comes out of Manjari's room and rest of the Birlas follow... because Manjari has to rest...

Akshu looks at Aarohi, and Abhi is standing behind her....

Before anyone can say anything, Aarohi runs to Akshu and hugs her... she says she knows what Abhi has told her, but to not believe anything he says because he hates her blah blah blue blue....

Akshu pushes her away and without saying anything, SLAP!!!!! She blasts her for everything from childhood up until now... she breaks all relations with her and says how dare she blame Abhi for this & how dare she endanger Manjari's life... and how dare she blame it on her.....

If we could get ANY version of this.... I would be sooooo happy..... 🤣
