I think it makes a more powerful impact if Akshara breaks all ties. Abhi had said it before to Arohi that she won't understand her sister's love until its gone. So this whole situation is like a lesson for both sisters. 1. Akshara cannot keept defending Arohi (we already had the foreshadowing dialogue by Abhi that Arohi will cause the biggest rift between them) this Aru jaap will nearly cost Akshara her new happiness 2. Abhi had warned Arohi that she takes Akshara for granted and once she loses her sister's love she will understand

It may depends on how severe the person has got injured...

But what is the punishment for passengers? Here AK was dragged by Aarohi, did not let her checked..What punishment AK can get in real world?

Also, in today's episode, there was a man in the car as it was driving away after hitting Manjari... don't know if that was an editing error or what. But, this truth is not going to come out for a while. I think this is leading up to a Ruby parallel where Abhi saves Akshu. Also, in terms of Akshu talking... she is obviously going to take all the blame on herself. Not because she is saving Aarohi, but because she will actually be so freaking guilty and actually hold herself as responsible for the accident. Aarohi will take full advantage of this to frame her.

Akshara would get no punishment nor jail time in the US. Legally speaking, she is not responsible at all. In terms of punishment for hit & run for Aarohi, there are many factors that contribute to the severity of consequences, one of the largest being that she was under the influence of drugs that she STOLE (which is another crime in itself). I am a lawyer & this is my field!

She cannot get away with it this time. I honestly think this track is going to end in Akshu blasting her and hopefully breaking bonds with her, choosing Abhi over her... again, another parallel with things ending the right way for Abhira this time. We will also likely get a Ruby parallel of Abhi saving Akshu this time with flashbacks included. Would love for Akshu to slap Aarohi as well!! It has been a long time coming.

I am silent reader and first time responding here. My prediction on this it's neither Arohi or Driver that hit Manjari. Remember what neil said in temple to Abhi that he is going to send his friend/friends to get Akshu's car. today in flashback they showed a guy in driver seat reversing car at accident spot with same number plate. so i think it is neil's friend. crossing fingers for this prediction to come true.
