Helly shah is typical ITV babu but immj2 given her opportunity to explore bold level shades as bahu so we can't say imlie won't be romantic involved. They got a guy like fammy and making him as husband so obviously they will explore a romantic and physical relationship but we don't know how far they will go so let's see, he may intiate and she will drawn towards him❤️

The Shiv Parvati story is making me think something…….Originally Parvati was Sati, daughter of Daksh who had enemity with Shiva….Sati broke rules by marrying Shiva….even though Shiva was trying to teach her to become more godly, her association with Daksh was a focal weakpoint in her spiritual journey……eventually Sati saw the truth of her ignorant proud father and committed suicide cuz she, as his daughter by blood, felt unworthy of being Shiva’s wife. Shiva suffered the separation.

Imlie is as passionate and fiery as Sati….and had a blindspot for her exsasural and ex…..there is enemity between ex and Aru…..Aru wants to support her career and general growth but she is allowing her blindspots for ex to hold her back and make wrong decisions. So maybe in future she eventually realises this and feels unworthy as Aru has been so good to her …..being a villain just to make sure she doesnt destroy her own life.

And Later on Sati was reincarnated as Parvati….she did great tapasya and forced Shiva out of his sanyas ….and they lived a passionate married life…..similarly, Imlie too may after realising her hangups, channel her passion and positivity to lure Aru away from his revenge and dark thoughts and bring him into the colourful sansaar of married life….

P.S. in the book Scarlett love story is extremely problematic, she keeps pinning for a guy who is married to her cousin! Rhett loves her and they get married eventually but this lady does not stop pursuing her first love. Finally she does realize that it’s not the other guy but Rhett she is in love with!

I am hoping they only stick to the quote from this book , because I don’t want to see this serial unfold like the book ! Urgh …. 🙄

But that’s exactly it, right. Rhett is Aru and and she needs to get over pati number 1. You hit the nail on the head with the backstory.I had read it along time ago and had tidally forgotten the story. It was my moms favorite. I never liked it. I always thought Scarlett was an idiotic egoistical character. Thanks for reminding me and making the connection. 😘
edit: I hated the movie and the book. I want her to realize during the 7 pheras who she really loves.

Then again this is not something that people will commonly know about , only who have watched the movie or read the book and what are the chances of Indian audiences doing that ?

Like someone replied earlier here it’s just a trap to read between the lines , he has included some buzz words there (read ‘kiss ) 🤣

The plot may be problematic but the movie on this book got 10 Academy awards! Who knows if the makers also decide to follow similar plot 😅😅
