I came up with a post on fateh and Angad's plights due to good reasons. I feel in the forum this topic was not highlighted by any member earlier
We were all busy with EMA talks, fateh's redemption and Angad's negativity. But today i feel this is an area of discussion that is essential to be brought up
Fateh's plight.
A guy very much in love with a girl and wanted to fulfill her dreams willing to leave family as well. His feelings were so deep that he could see and feel her everywhere. For two yrs he stalked her before expressing himself. Even made friends with older sister so he could get the green pass. Unfortunately last minute during marriage functions , his job interview was cancelled . But he still took his baraat on marriage day hoping she would understand and give him another chance but he was rejected. Family forced him to marry the sister instead.
When i put myself in his shoes, i feel his pain
In love with one sister but getting married to the other was not easy. Really very painful.
Tejo suffered as well.
The thing is we have always focused on her plight but not fateh's
He made mistakes. He could have told jasmin and all that but he was in love with her. Why was it necessary to get him married to her sister instead??
Tejo was forced to marry fateh. She faced a betrayal earlier but she was not in love with both men. Neither jass not fateh. She married him for her family. She married a man who loved her sister but she didn't love him as well. Fateh was deeply in love.
So during fatejo marriage, i felt his pain was greater. In love with one sister but had to marry the other. How sorrowful that could be.
But we have always focused on tejo's pain neglecting fateh's that he destroyed both sister"s lives when he himself suffered a lot as well.
He was thrown into the fire as well.
We even discussed about him cheating on tejo . But we have actually forgotten that he never loved her in the first place. The first nite , he was attracted to her. He was sober not drunk. A natural scenario of rain , catch and fall and fire which raised his hormones and tejo gave in as well coz she was also affected the same way
That nite what happened was mutual from both sides. Him running back towards jasmin was justified coz he was still in love with her. He gave in to his feelings.
He hid the fact of the EMA from tejo coz he knew her pain would be deep as he has gone through rejection especially after spending a romantic night with her.
When he brought jasmin to virks he was blamed as well. Yes, he shouldn't have done that. What about Tejo. She could have left. Why was she still there. Giving in to kushveer's request.
Part of tejo's suffering is due to being too selfless . If ur husband wants to be with ur sister, leave the damn hse why keep bouncing back.
Blame was always on fateh but logically tejo was not less. She increased her own miseries.
Now he realised he loves tejo but father adamant. Another suffering journey. Even this time he has to struggle hard to win his love.
This guy has been put through a lot and i felt his pain.
Angad's plight.
A support pillar to tejo . Felt her misery, struggle and pain. Became over protective . Also had feelings for her. Attracted the moment he saw her . What was wrong with that
He is a man he has emotions. Is it wrong to be possessive about a woman who was betrayed by her ex and that too for her own sister . The man who felt her sorrow deeply.
His brawl with fateh was justified. Any other man would do the same.
U betrayed her badly WTH are u doing here??
He was bashed for throwing himself on Tejo that shr doesn't love him, she loves fateh and so on.
Tejo's plight was shown. But what about his. Isn't he a human as well.
Tejo's feelings for fateh is being emphasized but what about his feelings.
In a nutshell , we always focus on the female's sufferings and pain and neglect the men
It's human nature. Women are usually the main focus not the men
Itvs sell that psychology aspect that we have in us. We look at the cover but not the content beneath. We feel the female's plight but not the male's . We forgot the fact that they are also humans and have feelings as well.
Both men now developed feelings for the same woman except that one's love was returned , the other's didn't.
Like fateh, i felt angad's pain as well. It was not his fault for developing feelings for tejo.
Emotions are not in our control. Falling in love just happens. It's not in our hands
Both fandoms ( tejang and fatejo) bashed both men but no one literally understood their pain and struggles. Their plight was ignored and tejo's was more in focus.
Part of Tejo's miseries didn't come from the men but from her own selflessness.
If she suffered, the men did as well.
This is my pov. It's a general post . No offense to anyone.
All this while in the forum we discussed tejo's plight and neglected the men. I thought to bring it up.
We need to change our mindset on always focusing on the female. Sometimes think about the males as well. After all they are also humans with emotions
Hope fateh wins his love this time and angad leaves peacefully and later on finding his. Maybe they could bring a girl for him as well. Perhaps an ex gf or childhood friend.
Both men should get their share of happiness.
Allow discussions to be healthy. Appreciate no bashing.i felt the men's plight. So decided to share.
Only my pov based on overall picture.
