I think she will just take her side because she is her sister at end of the day even if all the proofs signs are against Aarohi..... Akshu will just say she didn’t meant because Akshu has a pure heart she can’t imagine her Aaru can be so evil.....
She doesn’t needs Run Away because she is not wrong.... People run only when they are wrong or weak and now the new Akshu or i say Abhi ki Akshu is much stronger and ready to fight....
Another fact i think Akshu doesn’t needs to Run Away apart the point i state is Abhi..... Abhi is with her.... I repeat ABHIMANYU.... He can go to any extent to fulfill Akshu wishes....
Her biggest wish is shaadi with both the families so Abhi has literally work so hard tried every possible way to convince BP he even agreed to BP condition....
Now running away is useless..... I think writer’s want to show that even in all the fuss Kaands that Aarohi will create..... Abhira will still unite will stand together their love will win like always..... After all the fuss Abhira will much more stronger and they will protect each other like a shield.... Their love will even more stronger than before and also they will love each other more.....
