Logically yes. Even this time around, Akshara has to because the previous time every event had been painful for her (whatever/ whoever the reason).

But Arohi having PTSD...or rather her family believing she is having will give her a lot of leeway to do lot of kaands, not to mention Akshara once again going down the guilt road. So whether she has it or not, she is going to make sure everyone believes she has it.

i somhow beilieve she is using her medical knowledge to her advantage to gain sympathy and pretending to have PTSD
