You are absolutely right and I do agree that at some point and time this needs to be said out loud. I believe this is where the comparison creeps in and what I am trying to say is I want Imlie to realize it before he says it out loud.
My Ideal scenario. From ASRs actions Imlie determines that there is no way that he was using her. I want her to come to that realization herself and then I want him to tell her that he was dying to see her faith in him. To believe that he wouldn’t do that to her.
