Scene: Manasi’s workplace. She is in her boss,Amit Kapadia(AK, who is “the” AK’s younger bro ☺️) in his cabin. They both have worked on projects earlier too when he was her colleague. Currently he is her boss, having an initial meeting with Manasi about a new upcoming project.

TMI for the background – Manasi usually catches up on Anupama episode each morning before heading to work 🤔

Amit: Manasi, we have a new client, whose requirement is similar to the project we did sometime time back.

Manasi: Sitting across from him, is intently listening to her boss. 🤓

A: Continues…. Remember….? He runs his fingers over his chin and taps on his lips.😲

M: She looks up to meet his eye. Suddenly she is reminded of a scene from the episode she had watched earlier. The song – “raah mein unse…. mulaqaat ho gayi… ..” AK is seen running his fingers over his lips suggestively while stealing glance stealthily. 😳😳

A slow smile creeps up her lips while still pretending to listen to her boss, Amit. ☺️

A: Sees her smiling faintly, looks around nervously and asks again… “do you remember, Manasi”?🤓

M: Still lost in her world is now blushing remembering AK’s killer looks that usually stirs her heart, making her cheeks go red.😳❤️

A: Sees her blushing and assumes that she is remembering about their work in old proj. When they both had worked very closely, they had even travelled together, had lunches, coffee. He remembers that she was an easy-going,fun-loving person who was very easy to work with. 🤗Although he was attracted to her instantly, ❤️he had restrained himself back realizing his duties towards his wife and kids.🥺 Now, she seems to be reciprocating to those feelings. He felt as if old wounds were opened again.❤️

A: He manages to say again … “Manasi, do you remember the old project…”

M: Still blushing…. “ mm…”😳😳

A: He is now sure that she has feelings for him. He decides to ask her out, but wants to be sure if she is okay with it. 🤓 “If you are okay with it, we can discuss the new project tomorrow at 7pm ….”😳

M: “ …. Mmm, …hmm”😳😳

A: Okay then, Lets meet at the Juhu Marriot at 7pm. See you then!😉😳

M: On hearing Marriot, she is transported back to reality…😲.but nervous to ask him for clarification. She also feels embarrassed for day dreaming and worried about the impending Annual review. 😕She simply gets up and leaves his cabin, closing the door behind her.😒

Couple of hours later, Manasi has been a nervous wreck ever since her meeting with her boss this morning.😔😕 She is very disturbed about the following day’s meeting. However, she doesn’t want to make a fool of herself among her peers who are around her. 🤡 So, she decides to deal with it when it is time to walk the bridge. Puts on a confident smile and walks into the breakroom.😊

In the meantime, in the break room: Nezu & Sapna are gossiping.🤔

Nezu: Kuch gossip hai to suna.....😃

Sapna: Tumhe pata hai, Amit sir Manasi didi ko date ke liye poocha,…😲

Nezu: Sacchi? Aur bataa… phir kya hua?

Sapna: aur didi ne phat se haan kar di, bolo!😆

They both see Manasi walking towards them and suddenly stop talking…😳

Sapna: Hi didi…

M: Kya baatein ho rahi rai?... kahi tum dono mere baare mein..🤔

S: Didi, aap Amit sir ke saath date pe jaarahe ho?❓

M: Hiding her nervousness deftly, “ aise hi kaam ke silsile mein… milne ka plan hai“😊

S: Auntyji ko pata hai? Mere paas unka number hai… 😈

M: Sapna darling! Tum kyun taqleef karti ho,mummy ko meine bata diya hai…. Picks up her coffee and walks away in her signature style…

N & S : 😳🤔
