I think Bengali og version is 2 years old so they both started liking each other by 6-7 months plus psycho Akriti doing her psychopanti in between. Then leads remarry ( my guess watching a video clip) N this consummation happened recently as now currently they have shown Gungun is pregnant.

PS. I don’t know bengali but watched few clips n got to know from couple of friends about the OG version.
