omg I just thought of another idea!! What if a super hot male patient is in the hospital and Akshu is called to do his musical therapy... he starts flirting with Akshu, and as Abhi is walking by, he sees. He stands in the corner fuming and texts Akshu to come to his office. He asks her what she was doing, and seeing that he is getting jealous, she starts teasing him.... then, later on in the day, Akshu is back with the patient and sees Abhi standing there from the corner of her eye... the patient asks her out and she agrees, knowing that Abhi is standing there 🤣 This would be pure comedy!!!akshu is already leading these days abhi really needs to buckle up🤣
