My thoughts on the episode
So first of all what the hell is wrong with imlie. Today it was pretty clear that she is definitely not over AKT and while she was angry with him, she would have gone back to him eventually. She definitely would have never moved on from him on her own and would have destroyed her life. Despite Aru telling her clearly multiple times that he would never use or anyone to take his revenge, she just does not want to see anything more than Aru's hate for AKT. I hated that she used Besharmi word for Aru when he has been nothing if not respectful to her. It pissed me off to no end. Honestly, I will really dislike her making Aru's life hell during this pretend marriage because he does not deserve it especially after today.
Coming to Aru, he has been more than redeemed in today's episode. He laid all his cards on the table. Even when he could have straight up arm twisted her into agreeing, he tried to teach her, help her. This guy is owed 6 crore and he could have used that easily to make her agreeable. Yet he told her to negotiate for herself. He agreed to her condition in a second. Despite everything if Imlie is not willing to give him benefit of doubt to understand his motives then she is just as bad journalist as AKT. Aru at this point is an extremely sane, non-toxic character and I don't care about anything else.
Coming to Ts and AKT, Well I am nothing to say. In Aru's words, They are all "so goddamn pathetic". I can't wait for Imlie to get the hell out of that house. I want AKT tu force her to turn this pretend wedding into real one quickly so we can have imlie hating him and not Aru.
The new evil characters are here. I think it is time we will see contrast of aru and akt has husbands. While AKT not only himself abused imlie, he let other walk all over her. Aru will stand up for her and fight her battles alongside her silently supporting, cheering and threatening from behind. While Ta treated her like trash, Rs meaning arpi and narmu will treat her with love, care and affection. Since Aru would want to get the gudiya chick off his back, we are in for some pretend romance which will be real from Aru's side obviously.
Lastly, I will say that I am excited for future episodes. The only thing I am dreading is Imlie hurting Aru over and over again. Not to bring another show for comparison but unlike asr and khushi's marriage where khushi was the victim and asr was an irredeemable prick, in this story Aru will be the poor guy getting hurt over and over again. Hopefully MUs get cleared so we can move to a mutually happy and thriving Arylie
