Yeah i got watching itv again after Aryan's entry too but recently they've started messing with his charcter so i don't know if i'll stay or not.

But what i've understood about Imlie , well , her concern is pretty understandable in every concept. I mean the girl had seen her mother struggle to raise her up in a society where she wasn't even aware of her actual father. Then she got shipped off into a family in a city about which she had no idea about through a forced wedding. But no matter how messed up and toxic the family or relationship was, she felt loved and a sense of belonging there. It's somehwta similar to how Pallavi took the Deshmukh's in her life. She found a mother (no matter how manipulative she is) in an unknown place. For her they took her under their wings where she fell in love with not only her forced husband but with each member of the family, hence, she does feel obligated towards them because that's how her character is. Always giving and loving, somthing she had been deprived of the entire life, so she does know how it feels to be let down.

And her being about a 35 year old women, well that's circumstatncial and sometimes people do have to behave older than their age due to what experiences life throws at them.

Look if she's marrying Aryan then we have to make it clear that it's not for AKT , it's actually for the people related to him that she still considers family, and i don't blame her for that, that's her life and her choice, we're just viewers who're watching that character for our own entertainment. She is crossing boundaries for her good heart. For the people she once called hers and still do because for people as innocent and trustworthy as hers, in real life, you can never walk away from someone you've called yours. For example a person you've considered a friend in your life but betrayed you, somewhere you still feel connected to them.

Yes maybe she'll fall in love with Aryan or maybe she'll not cause of her heartbreak but that's for IMLIE to decide and we are nobody to question or force her for that. If we don't like how the story is moving forward, we might as well find a different entertainment channel to go with.

If we can accept the ML or any other character with all their shades then so can her because to be honest, she is the hero, heroine as well as the villain of the show. It's her story, the others are just a part of it.

Then at least they will both be somehow forced into this instead of just Imlie. And Imlie can then stop being mad at Aru since he gave her an out and then she starts hating Adi. And THENNN we can have the cute scenes of Aru feeding Imlie cuz she has mehendi on her hands orrr them taking a break from their saddness to laugh at the happiness of those around them

So it's more a compromise and somehow they are in the same boat with only each other for company.

That could happen but the thing is, Aryan isn’t doing it for revenge he thinks he’s doing it to save imlie from self destructing
