I think the new members is there to bring Aryan and Imlie together. Cause Aryan could say he married imlie to his family as well especially the bad maa to get them off his back.
This would also make the situation where they would have to move into one room to show everyone that they are intact married. I think this will start their journey to understand each other and get imlie to see his goodness and whatever he is doing is to see her fly up in the sky not be chained to be a maid and someone's wife and finish her story there. Cause AKT is one jealous,egoistic and insecure man regarding their age difference and how she could find someone better and will be always suspicious of her. At the end of the day, she will be chained to the house as a maid and as someone's wife cause AKT had male ego and insecurity.
She should see how marriage with Aryan is different and good for her mental stability along with her future.
