If you ask me, epics were written in order to convey value systems and lessons to the public at large. These give us life lessons even today.

Who loved Ram the most....pata nahi...I have read Ramayan too long back, in my teens. I somehow could never connect to Ramayan. But I think, everyone did love Ram in their own way - how does one quantify? Laxman loved Ram enough to leave his wife n mother behind...Bharat loved him enough to obey his wishes and rule inspite of nit wanting to...Kaushalya loved him enough to respect his wishes and let him go to the forest...Dasharata loved him so much that he couldn't live without him...difficult to judge as more or less

Ab Mahabharata par baat karni hai toh bolo...woh thoda bahut padha hai😳

Manasi, I have a bok recommendation for you, if you are into it. If you haven't already, do read "Palace of Illusions" by Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni. This particular book is about Draupadi's perspective of mahabharat war. It is beautiful. I have read & re-read it many times❤️

She has also released a book recently "Forest of enchanment" based on Sita's vision of exile. I havent read it yet.

I like some other books of this author as well, love her writing style.

Tune mujhe mahabharat ka last scene yaad dial diya jaha yuddh khatam hone ke baad draupadi puchti hai Krishna ko ki kya ye yuddha jaruri tha itna khoon bahana jaruri tha.. Tab Krishna iska ans karte hai ki har yug mai ant mai burai par accha ki vijay honi jaruri hai.. Aur ant mai sab acche logo ka rehna..matalab vo alag dhang se kehte hai..

Usme bhi last mai vo kehte hai ki iss yuddh mai ek bhi insaan na bacha.. Sab pavitra aatma bachi hai... Aisa kuch tha.. Thik se mujhe yaad nahi par saar yahi tha jo tune kaha..😝
