Paru, have heard about Covid after effects. My inky suggestion might be do some breathing exercises as part of yoga and do some meditation. It might improve your overall health.

I am a follower of yoga and meditation and has helped me get into shape and overall health has improved considerably.

As for Shiva’s redemption, have no hopes. And agree with you, it is time for the makers to get rid of Raavi’s character, so all of us can get, “Mukti” and “Shanti” while Suman and Shiva rot in hell😕

Happy for KD and Alice for their hard work and success is being recognized.
As for their future projects, definitely want them to act in OTT, because the shows are realistic, relatable for most part and importantly there is no saas-bahu crap.
