And she does not have anything bad for anyone in her heart. she doesn’t have vile intentions like arohi. I feel she is genuinely happy for Abhira but not strong enough to support them publicly against harsh’s/family’s wishes.. But I agree that she is really unlucky for Abhira. Harsh is choosing to ignore what he already has seen of Akshara’s true nature.

He knows that she is selfless in her love for Abhi - he knows she saved him from the fire, molestation charges, from being arrested.

To me he is willingly ignoring these incidents.

He is jealous that a mere chit of a girl is consuming his shandaar doctor beta’s energy, love and attention whereas he does not get even a sliver of Abhi’s regard.

Akshara is not the life partner he would have chosen for his shandaar beta and so he hates on her. He knows also that Akshara has a quiet strength about her and can make things happen without any powerful displays of anger or resolve and might. She will fight without any weapons. That kind of strength will be hard for him to bend and manipulate - and that’s why he is so scared of her.
