I have watched the recent episodes of N6 and suffice to say that I liked the Saturday episode much better than the last Sunday Episode.
Teja came into her own as Pratha-the Shesh-Naagin.Her expressions Killer Looks and dialogue delivery was on-point.She saved her sister Mahek from those Snake-Charmer Goons and attacked her Father-in-Law whether he's DOA that I don't know.
The issue I have is with the presentation of Rishabh's character. His wedding trick of using the Groom-swap where he replaced Ritiesh as Pratha's Groom might have been good but he came across as nothing more than a cheater.
Yes Rishabh and Pratha were the lead pair-however Rishabh had just confessed his love for Reem to the extent of almost hurting himself like an obsessed lover. So why was Rishabh behaving like Vansh then?
Vansh inspite of being the Mafia had to literally get married with Ridzi just to find out the truth regarding her spy work same way Rishabh had got married to Pratha to find out the purpose behind her entry into the Gujraal Mansion.
Vansh never used his Mafia Sources to find out about Ridzi's background same way Rishabh also never used his contacts within the Army to find out the truth regarding Pratha.
Yes Rishabh's intuitions regarding Pratha might be correct that she has entered the house with a sinister motive but he's barking up the wrong tree. I expected more from Rishabh's character-Being an Army-Man he should have dealt with the situation more tactfully and with Professionalism.
Also I don't understand this bungling by the CV's-one moment Rishabh told Reem that he acknowledged her as somewhat mere friend and the next moment he's suddenly obsessed about her to the point that he was having alcoholic drinks reminiscing those beautiful moments.Have some consistency in Rishab's character.
Getting back to Pratha's character she already had a Misogynist Fiancee by the name of Mayank so why Ritiesh was inserted into the Love Triangle when Rishabh was supposed to be her fated-mate? In fact The Lord Shiva also perhaps gave his blessing to their Union when Rishabh saved Pratha from that Aarti Fire.
Ritiesh should have ideally defended her like a brother/brother-in-law.I liked the way he stood for her but Rishabh should have been the one defending Pratha's honour here since they were the Lead Pair.
Rishabh's Army-Man character has huge potential that could be explored here.Instead he has been shown as obsessed about Pratha just bcoz he got a torn paper hinting at a Deep-Rooted Conspiracy against our country even though the Traitors are right there under his nose living within the same roof.
I am not expecting Rishabh's character to have some Mastermind Traits of either Vansh or Agastya since the main focus is on Pratha.
Also as shown in the next episode Promo (Hope its a dream sequence) Pratha was shown as smiling exposing her Shesh-Naagin avatar in front of Rishabh. Not only that her entire truth has been exposed in front of the Gujraal Family. How and Why did Pratha do this thing?
Starting with Shivanya then her daughter Shivangi/Bela to the previous Aadi-Naagin Bani and her Bahu Priya-the earlier Naagins before Pratha never exposed their Naagin avatar nor exposed their secret mission to the Groom's Family in which they got married to so why Pratha was exposing herself to her in-laws?
Was Pratha forced to do the same? I mean she's a Patriotic Naagin who's out to avenge the wrong-doings against the country by killing off the Demons one by one.
In contrast look at Mahek's character-Pratha has got an effective ally in her. Some on the forum may not like her baritone her expressions but she has been sharp enough in exposing the identity of the perpetrators who unleashed the Virus within the Country due to their secret dealings with the masters of Chingistaan.
Mahek killed one Demon and used the Aarti -Fire to figure out that Black-Spot (Birth-Mark) of the other demon that was Rishabh and Ritiesh's Dad.She has been stealthy and her movements has been graceful just like Shesha or Vish before her.
Mahek gives me the Shesha/Vish vibes-she may or may not turn evil but unlike her Naagin avatar Pratha's Naagin-avatar has got exposed? So how would Pratha complete her mission then?
Also why is Rishabh not using his head here instead of concentrating all his attention on Pratha-as if Pratha is the only traitor here. Both the Naagin and her mate are working at cross-purposes-working against each other rather than collaborating with each other.
Veer was Bani's mortal enemy yet she could collaborate with him bcoz their love story had that proper build-up. In case of Rishabh and Pratha Ritiesh was unneccsarily inserted within the lead-pair though Ritiesh might have defended Pratha like a pro.
Rishabh has not even tried to find out the identity of that man who handed him that torn-paper.
