Do you prefer wfh/efh set up?

Do you see more positives of wfh or negatives?

I think wfh is better because it eliminates the daily commute which saves time and energy.

But can it lead to increased isolation over a period of time? Do you miss the traditional wfo set up?

Jinko wfo karna hai unko allow kar do unko karn do bhaga daudi but keep wfh as default.

Yes I prefer WFH.

I like the fact that there is no one breathing down my neck. I like the fact that I can do my own thing once I complete my work. I like the fact that I can listen to music in between deadlines. In short, I like having control over my own space and time.

Home is love. You can be ugly at your home and still not worry about it. Home is relaxing, isn't it?

Well, I am a teacher and I miss that direct eye-eye contact with my students. I guess it depends upon ones line of work.

I don’t like EFH because I love theater experience.

I prefer WFH

When I used to WFO my whole commute was almost 3 hours. I hated it so much. I had no time to take care of myself. WFH made such a huge difference. Now I actually have the time to do at least some of the things that I want to do.
