Shiva and shivi transcend real world technicalities like divorce etc . Don't you see the louvve ? There is so much louve in there that again we mere mortals can't see. Hence shivi is forever and Raavi is a pandya come what may .

Shiva just shouts and insults Raavi out of love you know. Suman MAA ka Pyaar towards Raavi is in the form of taane , that not abuse it's love and affection . That is all love and sacrifice and what not for Raavi .. you need a special lens to be able to see it .
