Its target audience was mainly housewives & joint families. And how they showed all the atyaachar that Anupama tolerated at the hands of her uncaring sasural & cheating husband, I think that just struck a chord with major trp audiences.

But tbh it was quite regressive & problematic in my personal opinion cause of how they showed them all living under the same roof - Anupama, her cheating husband, and the woman with whom he cheated.

Although since Anuj (Anupama's love interest) has entered the show they've shown a lot of progressive things with good message. Plus all the actors do a really good job. Dialogue writing & presentation are top-notch obviously because it's a Rajan Shahi show. So I guess typical TRP audiences ke liye it's the most complete show seeing its success and numbers.

I am watching this show only because ismein ANUJ hai and i love MAAN jodi .❤️

Yea I like Gaurav Khanna too as an actor. Haan as Anuj kabhi kabhi thodi si overacting kardeta hai but it's still cute and in character. 😆

Tbh Anuj's perfect character is quite unrealistic to me, seeing how he seems to be the perfect guy all around, the answer to all of Anupama's problems. But yes, since his entry in the show a lot of things have been going in their favour, offline & online TRP wise. Not only joint families but even young audiences are now appreciating their storyline and Anuj's character especially.

I feel audience are ready to jump on conclusions too early without waiting for actual episode to telecast. Audience loves MAAN so much that they are making predictions just on precap . I don't feel like visiting Anupama forum nowdays 6 days se uss forum pe nahi gayi mein and i am at peace now. Look people have to accept reality that Anupama ka Shah family se rishta nahi tootega , Today Anuj said When Anu will me mine her all relations will be mine. So Anuj aur Shah family ko choose karne ki baat hi nahi aati as Anuj is ready to accept all Anupama relations as he has no real family. I feel angry when people jump on conclusions without even waiting for further episodes.

Agreed, patience ki thodi kami hoti hai fans me lol. I think this debate of what ought to have happened and what the protagonist should've done is never-ending. Everyone has different opinions on what they consider is the right thing to show on-screen, what's progressive and what's the correct message to give to general audience.

There are different fan-groups in every show, some focus on the love-angle more & some prioritize family-drama instead. In all this a fan should not demand ki ye hona chahiye, vo nahi hona chaiye. After a certain point it becomes fans' interference instead of constructive criticism. And it does nothing but hampers the actual storytelling that writers initially plan on showing. Prioritizing fan-service above the actual planned story is like the most unfair thing the channel can do to a writer I think.

What i feel is ki agar Anupama thode din ke liye Shah house mein rehne aati bhi hai to kya problem hai , everybody knows ki Anuj Anu ka relation hai even Rakhi Dave knows😆aisa nahi hai ki agar Anuj ab Anupama ko Shah house mein milne ayega to koi sawal karega everybody knows ki unke beech kya hai to itni insecurity kyu . Aur aisa nahi hai ki Kinjal saare time Shah house mein hi rahagi wo Rakhi Dave ke ghar bhi jayegi apni mom ke . Aur aisa nahi hai ki ab Anu Anuj ke ghar milne nahi jaa sakti agar wo gayi Anuj se milne uske ghar to koi ab sawal nahi utha sakta to logo ko darr kis baat ka hai. Vanraaj bhi jaanta hai Anu-Anuj ka . 🤣

Itni detail me toh I dunno about that show. Mom watches it daily just like desh ki har maa lol. I just catch the glimpses of the show beech beech me. But even my Mom says ki that family is just crazy, unn sabse door rehna chahiye sabko 😆
