IKWYM. I'm constantly ranting about how BT's entire management structure doesn't make any sense. There was a week I was demanding someone procure their org charts and historical performance review files so I can make head or tail of it. It was a wild week inside my brain and for my poor friends.

well friends i wrote 1700 words about ARS and Anuj Kapadia coming out on tuesday so at least we have that to look forward to

we are the same person oh my gosh, my cali friend and i talked through this too! especially because aru said he didn't own BT but then he does??? the math is not matching up!
