My predictions :

1) imlie fakes being asr's wife in the hospital , and tripathis see this via sundar

2) adithya comes to warn imlie about asr using her , she in turn lashes out to him hence the fake wife thing

3) once asr is well , he plans revenge

4) aparna ji with her tu iss ghar ka beti hai.. come thru and asks imlie to be at their beck and call once again .. so imlie asks aryan to let akt go

5) asr threatens her with marriage hoping she would never agree

6) surprise she agrees considering they all already know about being asrs wife - cue fake certificate

7) akt demands real wedding , so he can add being a planner to his already glorious resume including publishing life devastating news like affair in a public forum

Poor Aru, are the broken ribs more painful, or letting Imlie run her hands over his chest but unable to respond, more painful 😔
