Finally got home and watched the episode. Soooo tired so going to try to keep this short. Pranu killed it today!! She was phenomenal and her dialogue writer deserves an applause too!

Abhi telling bade papa that if he leaves his mom today, he could leave Akshu another day was spot on. The whole idea of choosing love or family is wrong. Love and family complete each other and both exist within a person. People are wondering why Abhi’s insecurities are not being addressed, but this track is going to end up accomplishing just that. He is now in Akshu’s position and realizing what she went through before. And on the flip side, Akshu is no longer the person who sacrifices love for family. She is fighting not only for both… but also for Abhi’s family as an extension of him.

I loved how Akshu saw right through their lies and knew that something was wrong. The men who are fierceness and never stutter were at a loss for words. As she herself said, it was overacting at its finest! Harsh’s one liners were great too as usual. I am feeling more and more bad for him and seeing in him an insecure and sad father, and yet a deeply abusive husband. These dynamics are what created the tiff between Abhi and Harsh to begin with.

Abhi was in a state of desperation, but him saying that the final decision is on Manjari was so unfair to her. I felt so deeply bad for her today.

Akshu did in fact trick Abhi!! These two are the perfect match for each other. They know how to get what they want, as they know each other so deeply. They know that they love each other so much so they will do anything out of concern — that is what happened at the confession and that is what happened again today! Abhi’s face upon realizing that Akshu didn’t already know was priceless!

Thanks for the recap Pooja! I'll have to wait until tomorrow to see the one liners that everyone has been talking about. Hulu subs show up a day later

One thing I am glad about is that both Papa Birla and Akshara knew something was up between Abhi and Bade Papa. Glad that part did not drag. And as some of us guessed Akshara tricked Abhi into spilling everything out and tomorrow we will see her anger on both of these men for making such a decision behind everyone's backs. Akshara has reached her wits end with all the drama that her relationship with Abhi has caused. These two just want to be together, what's so wrong in that?

I feel bad for Manjari because my mom went through an abusive marriage where she was caught between her kids and husband...and I see that in Manjari too. It is not easy to choose one over the other...and that is a constant trend in this show. Why should people have to choose between their love and family? It is all about balance and knowing that they can have equal places in your life & that doesn't make one form of love lesser. In terms of the precap, I will wait to comment on Akshu's dialogues, but she is definitely not backtracking. She is sick of the constant push and pull and drama... she is just fed up of having to choose between family and love, when she really does not need to...but her family and especially Manish are making it as such! She is not giving up on Abhi...even now, she is fighting for HIS family and HIS mom against bade papa. Her saying that she does not want this kind of love is not her saying that she does not want Abhi. It is her saying that this love keeps creating problems and that is not how it should be. I don't think Abhi will be hurt this time... in fact, he has been put in the same position now and that is the entire point of this entire track. After this whole family scene, I think Abhira will talk in private and tackle both of their insecurities.

I’m so sorry to read about the abuse **hugs** but I completely agree…abhi n manish both should have brought akshu into consideration……abhi even asks his mom but didn’t ask akshu…suppose his mom had said yes then what? Then he would have asked akshu? But he already said I agree to your shart if mom says yes…I personally don’t support this whole shart fiasco n I understand why akshu was getting impatient …

Bold I felt the same way…that Abhi did not agree 💯 % and Ak jumped the gun!

Abhi stalled on the response to the sharth after giving MG a fitting response of what kind of husband he’d make if he left his mom alone at BH. Still he said he’d decide after talking to his mom and he also said we’ll discuss who I should keep v. leave for later . He was buying time, I thought, to think through. I loved Abhi’s stance. And to that extent I agree that he didn’t agree to the sharth 100%- but as with any discussion he was contemplating what his next move ought to be.

Nice review but today I don't agree with you. Nothing against Pranali but Akshara's impatience in handling things knowing Manishs health condition totally made me diaonnect with her. Also Abhimanyu never agreed for any condition but she assumed it. And bashed both of them. She only do what's she wants. I think Writers tell that she is family oriented but I don't see that in her. Just one day before she was telling Abhi on bench if anything woould have happen to Bade papa I'll not forgive myself but today she didn't care about Manish at all. I know writers are building this for marriage but somehow with Akshara I cannot connect. Sorry.
