This is the first movie that will earn LESS than its budget and be called a hit. Budget is 160CR, how in the name of corona can it earn less than that and be a hit?

Its fine to be Alia fan and go ga ga over her acting, but why is LOGIC and MATH - not a part of the equation?

On her own dum? How inaccurate? Did he get a brainfog that he forgot the bigger star of the movie- it’s director Sanjay Leela Bhansali? It’s one thing to appreciate and promote someone but totally another thing to do it at the cost of the other people involved, especially when that person happens to be the one who visualized, conceived and gave it life.

You want to know who the real credit should go to? Check out Alia’s performance in Kalank which is another period drama where she comes across as wooden, fake and pretentious. Now compare that to the Brilliant performance of Gangu. Enough said!

For some reason, the Paid PR, and certain others are not acknowledging this fact. Even Deepika had huge openings with SLB and then single digit openings for other movies (not that far off from this movie).

It has struck deal with Netflix..will be on netflix in a couple of days..so the dependence on cinemas is a 100-110cr to get a hit tag..if the deal was not there..it would not be possible

this is exactly how sooryanshi (which had similar deal with Netflix) became a hit on 190cr with a budget of 200cr..weird how you never raised these questions then
