Kapadia and sons was started by anuj father in his name AK industries in USA. Anuj father never thought anuj is adopted son and named his business in his little son name. He never changed AK industry name after his own blood daughter Malvikas name after she was born.
And what has anuj kapadia done handed it to Vanraj Shah. Vanraj Shah father never worked 20 years of his life to establish AK industries. It was Anuj kapadia adopted father who created this company and named after his son. He never thought this is my adopted son not my blood and named after him.
He thought Anuj will take care of the company after his death and take it to greater heights. It will always remain with his son and he will give his baby sister too her shares but he will be always owner of AK industries. Thats why he never changed it to MK Malvika kapadia after his daughters name. In his will too hes not said only Malvika should get this company.
Every father knows daughter will marry and have a hubby. He could have said Malvika gets my company after my death and her hubby and kids gets company after Malvika marries and has kids. But he never wrote all this in will for sure. So how anuj thinks full company belongs to Malvika and handed it to his depressed sister whose never capable of making any decisions of business.
Now this business started by anuj father for his children has gone into Vanraj Shah hands. Next Vanraj Shah will take it over and name it Vanraj Shah and company. Is anuj ok with that. Malvika gives a damn to that business because all she wants is roam world like a free bird. But is anuj not botherec about his fathers name and his ancestral business?

Both kids are mad in love one day and hand over reins to criminals like Vanraj Shah and Toshu he did not know.
Poor father must be turning in his grave in disgust that he worked so hard to establish a business for his adopted son and blood daughter only for them to gift it to a criminal minded Vanraj Shah and Shah family
Cannot this idiot and ungrateful children anuj and malvika think, till anuj is associated with AK industry his father name was alive and there. Now vanraj Shah and shah family name with it.
This is lesson for all people put clauses so your stupid children do not hand over parents hard earned business to some criminals or other family just because they are in love with those family members.
If i have a business i never want my kids to hand it over to their lovers or lover first husband or lovers or wifes family etc no ways. They are not my kids my grandkids will always remain outsiders in our eyes. Anyone thinks same way not only me or anuj father. Our hard earned business and property should go to our kids and grand kids not their wife or lovers kids from first hubby or first hubby etc Imagine working 14 to 16 hours for 40 years of your adult life to bring up your kids to send them to USA although you are middle class you want your kids to have better life than opening a business working hard till 60 years so your kids live happy life your grand kids do not struggle for luxury like you than both your kids betray you after death like this.

Than to establish a company in USA s his kids do not face any humiliation have a good life. If this is how anuj returns favour its terrible betrayal for that parents hard work.
