Babes, even if its 12CR its a big FLOP. SLB is supposed to be the biggest director in India and Alia is supposed to be India's Meryl Streep, India's biggest female brand....still just pennies collected? She is supposed to be the "biggest" actress ever? She is supposed to be BEYOND the pandemic lol isnt she a trailblazer? Where is the trail then? She's just a below average actress who uses nepotism to get work, and Daddy's terrorism connections to throw her weight around.

Now all the Alu lovers will make many excuses: female-led film, content, genre, timing, acid reflux, diarrhea 🤣whatever the case is, she IS NOT the country's biggest star and these numbers prove it. Meanwhile South Industry is making 30-40 crore opening days during the pandemic but lets ignore that na?

What is the budget of the film ? I didn't read about budget anywhere. Maybe first time SLB didnot hype about the budget of his film ...

Have u watched the film? How can u pass judgement on her performance without watching the film? Nepo Or not she is talented and has proved her mettle at BO time and again. People aren't crazy to buy tickets to watch her just cos she comes from film family.. This nepo debate is so lop sided there are many talented star kids and avg outsiders and vice versa. Why not stick to her roles and performances. U are not not part of the industry or a fly on her wall to know how exactly she got those films.

Ok, there is still confusion in budget 😆 this is really funny.. some saying it is 55 crores and some saying it is 180 crores and movie need 200 crores to call it a hit ... If the budget is really 180 then yes the movie is a flop

The film needs to make 100 cr to break even, will be tough for it to be a hit. Trade is expecting 30 -35 weekend if wom is great, so it would need to sustain a lot on weekdays. I remember trade said 15 cr opening when the trailer came, a film like this needs 50-55 cr weekend to make profit

as much as I would have loved to contribute to this thread with congratulatory messages to Alia haters but the fact is Alia has passed with flying colors..
