All were having dinner…Geet stole glances at everyone…The girls joined them at the meal as MK asked them to stay for the night…Geet did feel uncomfortable sitting midst of killers…well, she couldn’t bring herself to believe otherwise…For her, they still took innocent lives…Of course, killing someone’s bread earner and leaving that person’s family to face the aftereffects of their beloved one’s death…was really not so innocent act…The soft heart she had, didn’t approve all their activities…Her eyes went on Maan, who entered the dining area a bit late coz he was continuously on phone…Him and his gruesome activities…She thought as he glanced at her to look, she was staring him…and she was caught…He smirked…and looked away….
Sheetal:- MK, can we go after meal????
MK:- Yeah, leave and do as we discussed…(Sheetal nodded)
Geet(ST):- Him…and his code words… I will know everything abt your secret missions Mr. MK…
Sheetal:- Girls, finish your meal soon…We are leaving in 10 mints…(The authority in her command was same like Maan’s)
Geet(ST): oh!!who is she??? Female version of MK??? (She chuckled at her own thought, feeling eyes on her…she relaxed her expressions and looked at them all) What??? Is there any rule of no one can smile or laugh???
Nikhil muffled his laugh….with a cough…Whereas everyone else got busy in their food…No one actually responded to her….Sam was giving Geet death glares…and she has been noticing since the time she entered their so called den….Geet had had enough of him….
Geet:-Listen, am not here coz I wanted to be here… No…. Your so called head has talked with my Sr…and literally convinced him to take me in to your gang so that this clash between the two depts can be resolved…The agency you ppl work for, is an illegal one…And since I was the in charge of the previous murder case…All your gang was exposed and I had problem with your MK…So,am asked to oblige this setting…Am gonna make a detailed report of your activities…(She was abt to add, when MK spoke up, cutting her chant)
MK:- You don’t have to repeat everything in detail…
Shekher:- You talk too much… (He commented and Yash and Nikhil laughed)
Geet:- Well, this fellow of yours is passing me glares from the time I entered here… I think he has some personal grudges against me…and I don’t blame him for that…
MK:- Stop talking girl….(Geet looked at him, he was rude with her)
Geet:- You can’t treat me as before, coz am a police officer and I won’t take this behavior of yours..Not anymore…
(She threw the napkin away and stood from her chair, leaving her food in the mid….She went to the room, he had previously told her she was going to stay there)
Adi:- Woah!! She is something…. (He commented and the atmosphere went rigid in secs as MK too stood to go from there)
After 1 hr,
Geet was crying despite of trying hard to control her tears,and finally they flew out…He has been insulting her from the time she rejected his kindness……ahh!! What kindness…It was a threat….warning …and a challenge that she has accepted…and now was facing the aftermaths of it…
Flashback,

Geet entered his office premises now looking around thoroughly…He didn’t have much…Guess, this was his dummy life style, created to fool ppl…She smiled at the receptionist who led her in his cabin…
Maan looked at her as she made herself comfortable by sitting on one of the chairs…without his permission…The receptionist was taken aback…whereas Maan gestured her to go…
Geet: Why did you call me here???(She started looking at her surroundings)
Maan:- Are you sure, you wanna do this???
Geet:- Am asked by my Srs…Its my job…I don’t have choices…
Maan:- If you want, you can simply refuse and shut that case…And you are free to live the way you want…
Geet: Well, this mess is solely created by you…And am very much interested in knowing this mystery…(She blinked her eyes to irritate him)
Maan(sighed):- Geet, this is not something, girls go after… This is dangerous thing…This is dangerous mission, we are on…since many yrs…
Geet: I think I can manage it… You don’t have to worry abt me and my safety…(Maan raised his hands in air and an exasperated sigh he contd looking at her as she added)Actually, the thing you do is illegal…and my conscious won’t allow me to deny this opportunity, you know…I have to do this,so that my restless soul rests in peace…
Maan:- You have plans, right??? (Maan looked at her calmly and she was a bit taken aback)
Geet: what???
Maan:- You think you will impose a ban on us…The team…and send us behind bars…You think so???
Geet:- This is not a team…It’s a gang…A gang of lawbreakers…and yes, if I found something illegal…I will …
Maan:- Fine then…You know my condition right….You are going to be under me…and I will do whatever I want..You only are going to follow….And Geet, if something happened to any of my teammates ever… I won’t forgive you…
He threatened and she had only smirked…nodding at him, she stood and left his office…
End of Flash back….
Now, that she thought of it…He only was mistreating her coz he wanted her off their backs…And she wasn’t in any mood of it…But, it hurts…it hurt her…The way he insulted her in front of his gang…has hurt her…and after controlling for good 50 mints, she finally let her tears drop….in her heart,she expected that he will show up and console her …But, she forgot, he has been changed…just as she was….and so, no one came to cajole her…and she slept in her empty stomach… Her self-respect didn’t allow her to go out and fetch something…..
Next Morning,
Geet didn’t show up at the breakfast…MK sighed, well…They didn’t tell her the timings for meals…So, he took a plate of bread, omelet and headed towards her room… Geet opened the room and looked fresh as if she has slept peacefully in there….while he was expecting other things….like her puffy eyes due to all night cries… restless sleepless night and etc…But, finding herall fresh, he was a bit surprised….and to some extent, relieved…
She just opened the door and left him there….She was satisfied seeing the desired effect on his shocked…surprised face…Maan cleared his throat and started…
Maan:- You didn’t come for BF so I brought it here….
Geet:- What do you take me for??? A hostage, that you brought a food in here??? I was abt to come out, you see… (She let him see her…as she was all ready to go out now) Well, thank you for your kind hospitality…but we have work to do….
Saying that, Geet headed outside, ignoring food, that lay in there and Maan followed her… Reaching dining area, she saw everyone was almost done….
Geet:- I got a lead…. (She threw a photo on table…and shared her plan)

Geet and Maan entered the bungalow using their ways…. Since they needed to know abt the person before getting their hands on him…Apparently Maan and his team were forced to follow Geet’s commands as she threatened them of making and submitting a bad report… And ARYANS-MK had to give in…
So, here Maaneet were trying to get proofs on the suspected person…while rest of the members were using other ways to get info….
Maan:- Do you really think, he will hide those money in his house…earned by selling organs…Huhh!!! Cut it Geet….We aren’t gonna get anything here…
Geet:- If you can keep your voice lowered then we might not get caught… Don’t forget we can have visitor at any moment….
Maan:- I told you to wait for his departure…But, no…You will never listen to me now, knowing you have upper hand of blackmailing us all…Listen women, I will get back to you for this…
Geet(smiled at the threat…and turned to look at him):- When did you started to care of the threats???
Maan:- If it was only me, I wouldn’t have…(She smiled thinking he cared for her…but when he added her smile faded)But, since am the team leader I have others to look for forgetting my ego and everything else…
Geet:- Fine, you will have my words on not threatening you anymore only if you nicely listen to my suggestions….
Maan:- we will see….
He was being his arrogant self, looking for some clue on money…when they heard footsteps…Geet gasped and looked at Maan, who already was looking for a place…and once located, he pulled Geet by her arm…to the closet…covering her mouth with his hands…shushing her…The look on her frightened face made him recall the girl from past….She was scared …this thought made him smirk at her…and she caught that smirk, trying to get away,but his grip on her waist didn’t lose…He glued their bodies together eyeing her to keep herself calm…He caressed her hairs as both were lost in their moments…She could see, the same amount of love that she has witnessed yrs back…yet he never confessed clearly…He knew something was change in her looks now…probably, she too acknowledged his liking for her now…
Both looked from the blinders and saw the man in question entered the room and looked for something…soon he got the keys, which he was looking for and was exiting the room when he turned and looked at the closet where Maaneet were hiding…Geet grasped Maan’s shirt as she was scared…while Maan remained calm…didn’t lose his grip either on her mouth or on her waist…sending eye signals at her…and she replying with same way….Though the communication was opposite to what other was saying yet they didn’t argue giving in to the situation they were in….and the man remembered something and went away…Both took a sigh of relief…coming outta closet Geet glared him…
Maan:- Is it your first time sneaking in someone’s place like that???? (She still glared him) I mean, look at your face….It drained all its color…(He said while caressing her cheek)
Geet:- Normally I go with warrants to arrest ppl or search their houses… But for, I guess working with you, I will have to compromise with my rules…
To her sarcastic reply, he only smiled and got busy in search….She too didn’t talk more and tried to search ASAP before getting caught….And as Maan has said, they didn’t get anything which would give away the culprit…and so, they left the same way, they had entered the Bungalow….
They still were in the premises when Maan and Geet both, got a text from Rahul….who informed them of the money recently deposited in an account…Maan smirked looking at Geet and she looked away….They risked their lives for nothing ….Maybe she should listen to him before imposing her decisions and threats on this gang…since she was a novice in the field and Maan was an expert … She nodded accepting her mistake and Maan smiled accepting her apology through gestures…
