To be honest, I've always found Ayesha's acting very very average upto this point ( she was straight up horrible in the beginning so yeah you could say she has improved ! ) but still she needs a lot of work on her own skills to call her a good actor , forget great.
So is Aishwarya, strictly average.
The thing is some fans hype up Ayesha's non existent acting talent up the tree which is simply not true. And they don't do that with Aishwarya. Which makes me sympathize with Aishwarya because she is not overhyped like the other actress.
Aishwarya's dialog delivery is flat, monotonous and boring whereas Ayesha's voice and dialog delivery are straight up cringeworthy ( one example, when she said " Ab mera ek bright future hai.." that shrilly tone was like a banshee , I cringed so hard ! )
After Ghum is over, both of them are probably going to vanish into oblivion with no further work because honestly they don't deserve it. There are so many better looking and far more talented actresses out there looking for job, far more deserving candidates.
Neil Bhatt is also no Ram Kapoor or Apurva Agnihotri but guy can at least act decently.
Don’t know about Aish but ayesha will surely get more projects! And better looking means what... ayesha is a gorgeous young woman who represents the kind of diversity we need in the industry today. And maybe it’s me I think she’s a good actor with a better team and more experience she can be one of the top of ITV for sure.
I pray and wish the girl the very best in life and I will always want her to do well. And if I’m sure this isn’t going to be her last project for sure, she’s going to keep doing many more!!
